Individual coaching as the common thread
Individual coaching with your personal coach is the common thread throughout your journey. Your coach helps you safeguard your personal boundaries so you can take steps toward the future at your own pace. Together, we’ll map out your path: you decide what to work on and how. What do you need? The choice is yours.

Thematic workshops
Strengthen yourself with inspiring workshops and learn from one another! Choose from crucial topics such as finding the right job openings, application documents, interview techniques, the job market, stress management, resilience, mindset, ...
Practical sessions
During the practical workshops and training sessions, you’ll focus on tasks such as updating your cover letter, searching for job openings, or preparing for interviews. You’ll take action, but with the support of an expert coach! This way, there is always someone to guide and help you.

Prefer to work independently? Grow with our career patform, offering high-quality courses, step-by-step plans, and exercises! Accessible 24/7, it allows you to speed up or slow down whenever it suits you.
Prevent a relapse
Returning to work after a burnout or boreout is a big step. With our relapse prevention program, we help you regain your strength on the job market, confidently search for new opportunities, and make a solid start in your dream job.
A key component is the individual coaching provided by your expert coach, who will assist you with your personal challenges. In addition, our experts have developed a variety of workshops on topics such as stress management, (mental) resilience, and mindset, as well as an extensive 'Well-being' module on our career platform. All of this focuses on the following elements:

This approach will guide you toward creating a concrete and personalized relapse prevention plan. You’ll learn what signals to watch out for and better understand your challenges. For every warning sign, a solution or step-by-step action plan will be provided. With your relapse prevention plan, you’ll also identify your personal lifelines—key people or organizations who are there for you when you need them.
