How much experience do you have in guiding job seekers?

For more than 15 years, we have been supporting job seekers in their careers after dismissal, bankruptcy, restructuring, and more. Our long-standing partnership with VDAB in assisting job seekers after bankruptcies and in career coaching is an important recognition of the work we passionately do every day. This also ensures you have access to a high-quality service offering.

Are the sessions individual or in group?

Individual coaching with your personal coach is alternated with group sessions in the form of themed workshops and practical exercises. The groups are small, consisting of just 5 to 8 participants. This allows us to ensure personalized attention for you, always and everywhere.

Are the sessions in person or online?

As mentioned earlier, you are the focus of everything we do. Your preferences and possibilities are taken into account for this choice as well. Our coaching can be conducted both in person and online, always ensuring quality and using the appropriate support tools.

Which locations do you offer for coaching?

We provide coaching at several locations across Flanders.

• Kempen: Herentals, Beerse, Turnhout, and Gee
• Rivierenland: Mechelen, Lier, and Heist-op-den-Berg
• Antwerp: Antwerp city center and Kontich
• North Limburg: Pelt and Beringen
• East Limburg: Maasmechelen, Genk, and Maaseik

What if I’m not good with computers?

You're not alone. Many people we coach have little to no computer knowledge. With the help of our digital support program, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance tailored to your needs.

What if my Dutch isn’t very good?

We have extensive experience in coaching non-native speakers who don’t have strong Dutch language skills, whether in speaking, writing, or reading. Thanks to our language support, we make the process easy and accessible for you.
