Individual coaching
Individual coaching with your personal coach is the common thread throughout your journey. That’s why finding the right match with your coach is so important! Together, we’ll map out your pathway: you decide what to focus on and how to approach it. What do you need to take the next steps and land your dream job? The choice is yours.
Thematic workshops
Strengthen yourself with inspiring workshops in a small group, and learn from one another. Choose from topics such as finding the right job openings, interview techniques, resilience, ...
Practical training sessions
During the practical training sessions, you’ll work on adjusting your cover letter, searching for job vacancies, preparing for interviews, and more. You’ll take action, but with the support of an expert coach in a small group.
Online career platform
Would you rather work independently or practice the skills you've learned a bit more? That’s possible on our online career platform. Here, you’ll find a variety of exercises, courses, and step-by-step guides, available 24/7 for up to three months after your program. This way, you can work entirely at a pace that suits you best at that moment.
Better results with your personal coach
Of course, you’re not alone. At Hura, you can rely on your own personal coach who will guide you every step of the way. From start to finish, and even beyond. At least every 14 days, there is a contact session with your coach.
Who your coach will be depends on your needs. After an initial conversation, we match you with the right expert because that’s the only way to get the most out of your journey.
