During my studies, it quickly became clear that coaching and supporting people was entirely my thing. Now—more than 20 years later—I still coach, guide, and support individuals with the same passion and enthusiasm.

A few years ago, I started a side business as a career and outplacement coach, while in my main job as a mediator/trajectory counselor I maintain a strong connection with VDAB and the labor market.

With an empathetic approach, I work together with the coachee to clarify and analyze their situation, offering practical tools to help them gain clarity about the next steps in their career.
