Karin Wuytens

After gaining experience in different areas, I decided at the age of 30 to dive back into studying. I deliberately chose to pursue a degree in Social Work because I’ve always felt a strong desire to contribute more to society.

I am an enthusiastic and driven individual, but the most important qualities I bring to my work are listening to people, showing them empathy, and supporting them by tapping into their own strengths during their search for possibilities.

I have experience guiding job seekers through reintegration programs for individuals who have been out of the workforce for an extended period due to illness. I firmly believe there is a place for everyone in the labor market when we focus on each person’s unique qualities.

At Hura, I dedicate myself to coaching individuals through outplacement and career guidance programs.
