People and their stories have always fascinated me. After more than 15 years of experience in coaching, outplacement, employment services and talent development, I know one thing for certain: behind every CV, there is always a person. And that person is my starting point.

With me, you don’t need to come in with the perfect story or a clear plan. Maybe you know exactly where you want to go. Or maybe you have no idea at all. Perhaps being made redundant has dealt a serious blow to your confidence, or you simply feel that it’s time for something different, without knowing exactly what that “something different” should be. That’s okay too.

I listen, ask questions, think things through with you and am also willing to be honest. Not to decide for you which direction you should take, but to explore together where your talents lie, what suits you and, above all, what feels realistic and right for you.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support many different people: manual workers, office employees, executives, jobseekers and people who, after many years, suddenly had to find their way in the labour market again. And that is precisely what I find so fascinating. No two people are the same, so no two journeys need to be the same either.

As a coach, I am warm and committed, but also practical and grounded. There can be laughter, there can be doubt, and sometimes things can simply feel difficult for a while. We don’t have to solve everything in one conversation.

When someone walks away from our conversations standing a little taller, sees new possibilities again and thinks, “Okay, I can move forward from here,” I know why I love doing this work so much.
