My professional experience spans various business sectors as a consultant, as a manager at a Flemish entrepreneurial network, and for the past 13 years as a project and HR advisor within the EU.

Working with people, guiding them, and helping them move forward has always fascinated me, but it was only in my role as an HR advisor that I gained a clearer understanding of how I could use this to help others.

With a master's degree, 25 years of professional experience, and several additional certifications – including a postgraduate degree in professional coaching, career guidance, return-to-work coordination, and mindfulness training – I help clients today explore new professional and personal opportunities.
