Maya Quirijnen

I earned my Master’s degree in Business Psychology and spent several years working as an HR Business Partner and HR Growth Expert in a production company—an enriching and dynamic environment. Along the way, I complemented this with various trainings, including Career Coach, L&D Manager, "Ik kies voor mijn talent" (by Luk Dewulf), Lumina Learning Practitioner, Lumina Leader, and Practitioner NLP.

At Hura, I took on the challenge for many years as a Career Coach to empower people positively. Together, we explored what makes them shine and inspired them to develop themselves toward a new future. I am happy to continue this journey by contributing to the development of our organization and supporting our team.

My passion for growth translates into developing our concepts: building our online career platform, creating and delving into themes, discovering useful tools, organizing and shaping peer review discussions, and planning team activities.

My eye for visual design finds its outlet in our marketing efforts. I gain energy from capturing feelings or experiences and expressing them in meaningful words and beautiful visuals.
