Lien Lemmens

As a graduate in both a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Sociology, I am deeply passionate about people’s well-being, especially in the area of workplace happiness. Since we spend a significant portion of our time at work, it’s an area I believe has a profound impact on our overall quality of life. I gained valuable experience as a recruiter at Accent Jobs and as a job coach at Emino vzw. These roles taught me the true essence of teamwork and how to help people take steps toward sustainable employment.

I am fortunate to continue this journey at Hura as a career coach. Every day, I have the opportunity to empower people, uncover their talent(s), and help them apply these strengths in the job market. I love seeing the right people succeed in the right roles. As a coach, my aim is to guide people toward the right path, working in a way that’s tailored to their needs—because everyone is unique!

My social circle describes me as someone who excels at giving advice and providing guidance across various aspects of life. Additionally, I am empathetic, stress-resistant, a good listener, professional, calm, highly organized, flexible, eager to learn, and extremely motivated to take on any challenge that comes my way.
