How do I do this?

Without judgment, with an open mind, and in a calm and supportive environment, I listen to each individual’s story. Every story is unique and deserves a customized and authentic approach. I encourage people to view themselves with an open perspective, leading to deeper awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and actions—both personally and professionally.

I coach from diverse angles, drawing inspiration and knowledge from my training (including Solution-Focused Coaching, "Talents" by Luk Dewulf, Stress and Burnout Coaching, and NLP Master) as well as years of hands-on experience in job mediation, coaching, and career guidance.
