In 2015, after many years of experience in project and process management as well as communication and marketing, I found myself in the warm embrace of Hura. For many years now, I’ve been contributing to everything related to outplacement, career coaching, and the guidance of job seekers and employees. Driven by genuine curiosity and a strong belief in the unique talent of every individual, I have been involved in various projects aimed at supporting individuals in their search for a suitable position in the labor market.

Since 2023, I’ve taken on the daily leadership of the career coaching team in Beerse, with a focus on fostering connection—both among team members and with the various divisions and areas of expertise within the entire Itzu group.
