Fleur Michielsen

Driven by my passion for the development of people and organizations, I chose to pursue a degree in Applied Psychology, specializing in Occupational and Organizational Psychology. After graduating, I had the opportunity to complete a one-year traineeship, where I was exposed to various aspects of the HR field. It quickly became clear to me that working for and with people is my greatest source of motivation.

I thrive on collaborating with individuals to uncover their unique talents and, from there, supporting them in making sustainable choices.
