Until a few years ago, I had built a career spanning nearly 30 years in the corporate world. When I reached the autumn of my career (after all, isn’t that the season when ripe fruits are harvested?), I decided to take on a new path as a freelance coach—armed with a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge, along with just as much people skills and life experience.

But why did I suddenly want to become a coach? Well, over the years, I became increasingly convinced that every person you help take a step forward contributes, in their own way, to making the world a slightly better place. And, to be completely honest, it also brings me genuine happiness.
