My dedication to the well-being of others began with earning my degree in social work, where I focused specifically on community and social welfare. Driven by my passion for making a difference in people’s lives, I applied this knowledge in the dynamic world of human resources.

I started my HR journey as an HR Consultant, leveraging my expertise and insights to help organizations create healthy work environments and find the perfect match between companies and job seekers. My path continued to evolve when I took on the role of Account Manager, focusing on guiding and supporting temp agencies and service voucher companies with the goal of positively influencing their business processes and personnel policies.

In my current role as Commercial Project Coordinator at Hura, I enthusiastically combine my experience in social work and HR to analyze and coordinate projects. My aim is not only to achieve business objectives but, more importantly, to foster a sustainable and positive impact on the people I collaborate with.
