With more than 25 years of corporate experience as a manager in both national and international organizations, and since 2011 as an independent coach and consultant, I specialize in guiding and coaching individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations in achieving their goals and supporting them in their growth journey.

During the coaching process, we bring you back to yourself, focusing on what you truly want and what genuinely suits you. Together, we map out your potential and create a vision of your future. You’ll gain insight into yourself, your talents, and your values, enabling you to make thoughtful, targeted decisions. I am here to inspire you, join you on your journey of discovery, and encourage you to explore new paths. We then translate this new vision into a successful action plan, complete with concrete steps and measurable goals.

My passions beyond coaching? Traveling, photography, enjoying time with friends on a terrace, at home, or in a restaurant. Music is a must, and I also enjoy the occasional trip to a museum.
