At Hura, I coach job seekers through voucher guidance and outplacement, as well as employees using career counseling checks.

With a degree in Social Work specializing in personnel management, I began my career as an HR Assistant and later progressed to HR Manager.

Subsequently, I spent about 10 years working as a self-employed consultant in various HR domains, including training, recruitment & selection, and outplacement.

Since 2013, I have been working as a coach at Hura.

In my coaching role, my primary motivation is to guide and encourage participants so that they can begin a new chapter in their personal and/or professional lives with greater self-awareness and confidence.

My professional knowledge in HR, empathetic nature, humor, and dedication to helping people move forward are the strengths I apply daily as a coach.
