An-Sofie Boutsen

I am passionate about people and enjoy discovering what drives, moves, and interests them. I believe that as a person, you can continue to grow, and I personally enjoy meeting new people every day.

Driven by my interest in people and our society, I obtained a degree in Journalism. I discovered the media world but felt that it sometimes lacked the depth needed to truly engage in meaningful conversations with people. In 2023, I eventually made the transition to HR and coaching consultants.

I guided consultants in various projects and worked together with them to find training opportunities and assignments that matched their interests. I quickly realized that I gain energy from coaching people through their growth journeys and motivating them to take certain steps.

In my career, people and communication are central. I enjoy looking at the world with an open and positive mindset. At Hura, I have the opportunity to speak with people every day to discover their talents together and explore which work environment and role suit them best, with hopefully a fulfilling job and a satisfied person as the result!
